1.2.3 Compliance with other requirements established by regulatory acts, as well as support in potential tax audit procedures.
1.2.4 Preparation and maintenance of Digital Bookkeeping under SPED Fiscal and SPED Contributions.
1.2.5 Bookkeeping related to Import and Export operations.
Corporate Income Tax Department
1.3.1 Guidance and monitoring of the application of current legal provisions.
1.3.2 Preparation of the annual income tax return and related documents.
1.3.3 Compliance with other requirements established by regulatory acts, as well as support in potential audit procedures.
1.3.4 Preparation of the LALUR control report, including deferred provisions and analysis of SWAP and NDF transactions.
Labor and Social Security Area
1.4.1 Guidance and monitoring of compliance with the provisions of the Labor Laws (CLT), as well as those related to Social Security, PIS, FGTS, and other regulations applicable to the employment relationships maintained by the CLIENT.
1.4.2 Maintenance of employee records and related services.
1.4.3 Preparation of payroll for employees and pro-labore, as well as the preparation of payment slips for social charges and related taxes.
1.4.4 Compliance with other requirements established by legislation, as well as support in potential inspection and audit procedures.
1.4.5 Submission of events related to eSocial.
1.4.6 Benefits administration.
1.4.7 Compliance with LGPD (General Data Protection Law) regulations.
